Connie started out with her Associates degree and went on to earn her BSN. Throughout the course of her career, she has impacted countless lives and been able to work in different areas and countries. She worked as –

- Volunteered in South America doing Hygiene and Sanitation Nursing
- Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN at Primary Children’s Hospital
- Home Health Care
- Taught Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s)
- Geriatric Nursing in A Step-down Unit
- Volunteered in Central America doing Psychiatric Nursing
